TERMS OF USE
Aris Aesthetic Gynecology Effective Date: July 15, 2026 Website: arisgyn.com
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of arisgyn.com and other public webpages operated by Aris Aesthetic Gynecology.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These Terms apply to the public website. Additional forms, financial policies, informed-consent documents, treatment agreements, patient portal terms, or other clinical documents may apply when you request or receive services from Aris.
1. Informational Purpose Only
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
The website does not provide individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Information presented on the website should not be used as a substitute for an examination, consultation, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional who understands your individual circumstances.
Do not delay or disregard professional medical care because of information appearing on this website.
2. No Emergency or Urgent Medical Services
Do not use this website, a general contact form, email, social media, or nonurgent text messaging for a medical emergency.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency.
Contact the practice through the patient instructions provided to you for urgent but nonemergency clinical concerns. Website submissions may not be reviewed immediately or outside normal business hours.
3. No Physician-Patient Relationship Through Website Use
Viewing this website, submitting a general inquiry, requesting an appointment, joining a mailing list, or communicating through social media does not by itself establish a physician-patient relationship.
A physician-patient relationship is established only when Aris and an authorized clinician expressly agree to provide care following appropriate registration, evaluation, consent, and acceptance procedures.
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee:
- Appointment availability
- Acceptance as a patient
- Eligibility for a particular procedure
- Medical suitability for treatment
- A specific clinical outcome
- A particular treatment recommendation
4. Eligibility and Geographic Limitations
Healthcare services are provided only where permitted by applicable law, professional licensure, clinical standards, and Aris policies.
Website content may describe services that:
- Are not appropriate for every person
- Require an in-person examination
- Are unavailable in certain jurisdictions
- Are not currently offered
- Are subject to physician evaluation
- May change without notice
Nothing on the website constitutes an offer to provide medical care in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the website for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes, including:
- Learning about Aris and its services
- Requesting an appointment
- Contacting the practice
- Reviewing patient resources
- Accessing approved patient-facing systems
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms or requests.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data
- Circumvent authentication or security controls
- Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or disruptive technology
- Interfere with website availability or performance
- Scrape, harvest, crawl, copy, or extract website content through unauthorized automated means
- Collect information about another person without authorization
- Use website content to train an artificial intelligence system or commercial dataset without written permission
- Reproduce or commercially exploit website content without authorization
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Aris or Dr. Antonio
- Use the website in a manner that infringes another person’s rights
We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
7. Appointment Requests
An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment.
An appointment is confirmed only after Aris communicates confirmation through an authorized scheduling or communication system.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Reviewing appointment confirmations
- Arriving at the stated time
- Completing required forms
- Informing Aris of relevant changes
- Following cancellation and rescheduling instructions
Aris may reschedule, decline, or cancel an appointment when reasonably necessary for clinical, operational, legal, safety, or scheduling reasons.
8. Deposits, Cancellations, and Payment Policies
Surgical consultations for the following procedures require a $100 consultation deposit before the appointment is reserved:
- Labiaplasty
- Labia majoraplasty
- Clitoral hood reduction
- Perineoplasty
- Hymenal reconstruction
- Vaginoplasty
Consultations for the following nonsurgical services are complimentary:
- ThermiSmooth
- ThermiVa
- Emsella
- Intimate Brightening
The amount, refundability, and application of any deposit will be disclosed before payment or in the financial policy applicable to the appointment.
Unless different written terms are provided for a specific service:
- Required deposits must be paid before the appointment is reserved.
- At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- A $75 fee applies when a patient cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice or does not attend the scheduled appointment.
- Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in Aris declining to schedule future appointments.
- Payment for services is due according to the financial terms provided before or at the time of service.
- Completed professional services are generally not refundable merely because an individual is dissatisfied with a result or changes their mind.
- Refunds for prepaid but unperformed services, packages, products, or treatment series will be governed by the applicable written agreement and controlling law.
Nothing in this section limits a patient’s rights concerning billing errors, unauthorized charges, defective products, unperformed services, or other rights provided by law.
9. Medical Results and Treatment Information
Medicine is not exact, and individual outcomes vary.
Photographs, testimonials, descriptions, illustrations, animations, expected timelines, and treatment information are educational examples only. They do not guarantee that another patient will experience the same result.
Potential benefits, risks, alternatives, limitations, candidacy requirements, recovery expectations, and financial terms will be discussed through the appropriate consultation and informed-consent process.
Website information does not replace procedure-specific informed consent.
10. Before-and-After Photographs and Testimonials
Before-and-after photographs depict individual patients who authorized the applicable use of their images. Results are personal to each patient and may be affected by anatomy, age, health, treatment selection, adherence to instructions, healing, and other factors.
Testimonials represent the personal experiences or opinions of the individuals providing them. They are not guarantees, promises, or typical-result claims unless expressly identified as such.
Images may be cropped or adjusted for presentation, but Aris will not intentionally alter clinical results in a misleading manner.
11. Accuracy and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate and current information. However, website content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical problems.
Aris may modify:
- Website content
- Services
- Pricing
- Appointment availability
- Policies
- Provider information
- Office hours
- Technology features
at any time, subject to applicable law and existing patient agreements.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
12. Intellectual Property
The website and its content are owned by or licensed to Aris Aesthetic Gynecology and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Protected content may include:
- Names and logos
- Text and written materials
- Photographs and video
- Graphics and illustrations
- Website design and layout
- Service descriptions
- Downloadable materials
- Brand elements
- Software and code
You may view and print a reasonable number of pages for personal, noncommercial use.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of an Aris trademark, copyright, trade dress, or other intellectual property.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including:
- Maps
- Scheduling platforms
- Patient portals
- Payment processors
- Social media
- Educational resources
- Technology vendors
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
Aris is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, privacy, security, products, services, or conduct of independent third parties. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
14. Privacy
Use of the website is also governed by the Aris Privacy Policy.
Protected health information maintained by Aris is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law.
Do not submit sensitive information through an ordinary website form unless the form specifically indicates that it is intended for that information.
15. Electronic Communications
Communications sent through ordinary email, text messaging, social media, or general website forms may not be completely secure.
By communicating electronically, you acknowledge the inherent risks of electronic transmission and authorize Aris to respond through a reasonably appropriate method, subject to applicable law and your stated preferences.
Electronic communications are not guaranteed to be reviewed immediately and should not be used for emergencies.
16. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public website and its nonclinical content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Aris does not warrant that:
- Website content is complete or error-free
- The website will always be available
- Technical defects will be corrected immediately
- The website or its servers will be free from harmful components
- Educational content will be appropriate for every individual
This disclaimer concerns the public website. It does not eliminate professional duties that Aris or its clinicians owe to an established patient under applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability for Website Use
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aris and its owners, clinicians, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms:
- Waives rights under healthcare, consumer-protection, privacy, or professional-liability laws
- Limits responsibility for professional negligence where such a limitation is prohibited
- Changes the standard of care applicable to medical services
- Replaces an informed-consent document or patient agreement
- Prevents a person from reporting a concern to a licensing, regulatory, or governmental authority
18. Responsibility for Misuse
You are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the website, intentional violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or malicious interference with Aris systems.
This provision does not require a patient to indemnify Aris for claims arising from Aris’s own negligence, professional services, or violation of applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent a dispute concerning only the public website may lawfully be restricted to a particular forum, the dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Union County, New Jersey.
This section does not prevent either party from using a forum, agency, or process that applicable law permits or requires.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or legally permitted.
Continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, but does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
21. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
22. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
